Everyone here is helpful and makes things easy, and they never make me feel like a ding-dong for doing things like leaving my debit card in the ATM ☺️
Worst experience ever. Had funds removed fraudulently and I was able to the money back so they said to bad eat sand $350 in fees. They wouldn’t do anything. They are such liars. They did nothing to protect my account. Because I got the $1000 back when it was unauthorized they said that was bad. I shouldn’t get it back. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to them. The just want your money. CRAPPY IF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The fraud department stole my money. I was so happy with them in the past. I appears as though they are going down. They have charged me more fees than I’ve ever paid and provided no help on stolen funds. Go to a big bank. Not a dying bank run by horrible people Run far far away
Customer service is non existent. I would not recommend them unless I hate you.
