The bank refused to give any change unless you have an account,,THATS STUPID!! An acct. required JUST TO GET CHANGE !! B.S. See you never.
I don’t know where to start! First off the card service is useless you need a microscope to read the phone number. I’ve used this several times to find out my balance after several mins of proving your account you still wait to have to speak w someone. The app for your phone is garbage I have put in my user name and password yet it won’t let me use it says to call them. What’s the use of these tools when you still need to call them to find out your balance? I’m now wanting to know if they have Zell and that’s a big hassle I ... read more
This branch has an awesome team. They get you in and out fast, they don't rotate staff often so you see many familiar faces, and they only keep helpful people so you can always resolve issues easily. This branch is what keeps us banking with Umpqua. 🙏🏽
A very kind and helpful staff. They have so many dedicated team members and we thoroughly enjoy working with everyone. The consistency and dedication of the team's work ethic has shown for many years. They also have one of the newer ATMs in the drive-thru that can take 50 bills at a time for very fast deposits.
