Bellingham use to provide outstanding customer service. Now with new management, that seems to be something of the past. Management shows no interest in taking care of customer concerns. Also very unknowledgeable about the banking industry. Sad to see such a wonderful place fail. Disappointed,
Hope this finds the HR Dept. for the Bellingham Store location. The Bellingham Branch Manager William has poor customer service, and shows horrible professionalism, towards his customers. Another unprofessional act happening at this location is the personal relationship the manager has with his relationship banker. Flirtatious games over customer service is a very uncomfortable situation to do business in.
