Umpqua Bank is a great bank This is a very nice bank. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They always have hot coffee and cookies waiting. There is never a wait and you are in and out!
dependable This is an interesting little bank. They are very stable and rarely make bad decisions. we had an account for several years here and never had a problem
It's sick This may sound a little ridiculous and random, but this place is a awesome place to skate at night. They have a nice fun grass gap, steep four stair, a white ledge that goes from low to high.(Grindable & slidable). They have a kicker with a grass gap in front of it. They have a huge gape for bladers and bikes. Oh, and I said it is good for night because it is closed and the place has super bright lights. It's crazy!

They are attentive and do well at anticipating your needs with quality products and services. They are also very community minded- supporting several excellent organizations within the community with their donations of both money and time.

The Friendliest Bank in the World Umpqua Bank truly is the friendliest bank in the world. From the day I opened my account there five years ago to today, I feel that I know all of the employees that work there and they know me (even once when I drove up in my mom's car, they still greeted me by name.) They provide stellar customer service, are always helpful and cheerful and always have enough people working so you don't have to wait. They support the local community and truly are the best! I love my bank!
Great customer service Sometimes you get what you pay for. The only reason I wont rate this bank as world class is their fees associated with Internet Bill Pay. However, all the people I have met through our mortgage and construction loan process have been absolutely wonderful. Customer Serive is a priority at First Bank and if you can find account which meets your needs with acceptable fees I highly recommend it!
