Seems that there is no one at the Newport Branch there isnt anyone available to answer the phone.
Tom Coyne at Umpqua is always our “go to” guy for our mortgage needs. We have been with Umpqua bank for quite some time and have been happy with our mortgage services. I would highly recommend Tom Coyne to anyone seeking to buy or refinance their home.
A bit annoyed a customer today was leaning over while I was conducting my business to the manager/ teller talking about I guess she’s been gone on vac/maternity leave and discussing her life. I had to turn n look at the customer cause I didn’t like him leaning over me. Which the manager/teller should of said something.
When your paycheck deposit doesn’t show up in either account and all the response you can get is from a notice on their app that they are having a problem with all ACH deposits?!?! After waiting a half hour on hold and still nothing?!? NO! I do Not recommend
When I called to inquire about a new fee being imposed on my account the gentleman I talked to said I would be happier going with another bank. Within 45 minutes I had closed all my accounts and moved on. Customer service is lacking. I will now unfriend you on Facebook and post.
