ATM is down all the time despite being a brand new unit installed a year ago. When asked about it the banker always has an excuse about it. Update: The ATM was down for weeks, then it came up for about 5 days, Now as of 02/22/24 it's down again, with the same excuses from the branch, people were out to fix it. Umpqua Bank, whoever you signed a contract with to manage and install these ATM's, you should sue them in Court for Breach of Contract. If There was a "0" star rating I would give it.
