This review is specifically for Rosa, Supervisor at Columbia Bank on Robb Drive and it's overdue. My husband and I had been trying to open an account there by dropping in a couple of times without an appointment to no avail and had to leave because the branch was very understaffed. We saw Rosa each time and she was very kind, apologetic and seemed very sincere. We decided to try one more time and she greeted us as soon as we entered, remembering us. I love this bank, I have been with this bank for 13 years, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional! the environment of the bank is clean and comfortable!
Yesterday, I had to drive to Reno from Nevada City, a 90 minute drive, to purchase a used a vehicle. I called the branch ahead of time to make sure cash funds would be available for me to pick up before they closed. Due to traffic, I was running late. Upon arrival, right at 5:00, the team already had the funds prepared and were waiting for me. The team helped make an otherwise challenging day an easier one. Great customer service and and followthrough. Thank you!
Never use this bank worst customer service experience ever. Be sure to get your CDs out in time if you’re one day over the maturity date they will assess you a $200 fee which is more than the amount of interest accrued on the CD. Closing all my accounts and I’m never coming back after this
