This review is specifically for Rosa, Supervisor at Columbia Bank on Robb Drive and it's overdue. My husband and I had been trying to open an account there by dropping in a couple of times without an appointment to no avail and had to leave because the branch was very understaffed. We saw Rosa each time and she was very kind, apologetic and seemed very sincere. We decided to try one more time and she greeted us as soon as we entered, remembering us.
