Never use this bank worst customer service experience ever. Be sure to get your CDs out in time if you’re one day over the maturity date they will assess you a $200 fee which is more than the amount of interest accrued on the CD. Closing all my accounts and I’m never coming back after this
Great customer care
By far the best bank I have ever banked with. The tellers are always so nice and the two times I did have an issue they were quick to go above and beyond to fix the issue. They have definitely earned a lifelong customer and I will continue to tell all my friends about the great experience I have had with them. They are closed during the weekends which can be inconvenient at times but it's a small inconvenience when you take all the benefits into consideration!
