Terrible service now, been banking with them for over 15 years and now they treat me like trash, taking my business elsewhere
Do NOT allow your home equity line to be transferred into a Smartlock because interest rates have been rising..it is a predatory loan payment structure that uses negative amortization tactics. You will pay much more in interest over a 10 year time period, for example. Even if you pay down the principal, the interest payment stays the same and that is predatory. I'm not referring to the interest rate that's locked in, but rather the monthly interest payment
If you deny someone help you shouldn’t be working in this kind of business. Don’t bank with these people worst customer service ever. More then likely the reason why there reviews are horrible. If you can’t help or do your job you should probably get better peoples skill not argue with your customer that’s trying to explain there problem with there account. I hope people don’t go to this branch to bank horrible people that can’t do a simple job like do some digging
Very very rude when your trying to tell them something about them freezing your account after three days.but I don't think you should bank with this bank they are rude and not very nice to work with your people need to learn customer service skills.
very bad service, we need check our account which some are wrong, the manager Brandy Jones did not let us complain and did not want to listen ,even she forced us leaving. We have right to check our account. She is very bad she need to leave the bank that we never have the treat with bank worker.
