Sure, people are nice. I was supposed to get my stimulus check of $1200 deposited into my account today, and Umpqua for some reason decided to close my account today, of all days. I have been broke and low on food for weeks so I am very upset they did that to me. I’ve had other problems with them in the past too. Not worth it. I’m livid honestly.
Great location and lots of parking with a walk up ATM.
Great customer service
Staff is very nice and friendly. They value customers. They even have tea, and coffee available for customers. Plus fresh baked treats from the nearby bakery.
