While I have nothing but great things to say about the employees who work for Umpqua, especially at my main branch, their bank app is the worst I've encountered! I can't count how many times I've logged on to check my balance, only to be told they're having technical difficulties. It's critical for customers to be able to access their account, and this is an issue that really needs fixing.
I banked with Columbia Bank for 7 years never an issue. then when they merged with Umpqua, ever sense had been nothing but a headache and a joke, horrible bank, worst experience I have had in almost 50 years.
Been banking with this bank for over 15 years and treated me like trash the last few times I did business with them, finding a new bank
Very friendly tellers who are always ready and able to help in any way possible.
