I had a decent experience at the bank, but the wait times can be a bit longer than I'd like. The staff is friendly, but I wish they had more tellers available during peak hours.

Get out of this bank. They will cheat you and steal from you cause that’s what they’re good at they don’t help you try to help improve your credit or improve anything they just steal. There aren’t any banks in the Seattle area that are even open anymore this bank was going under. I made a complaint about them overcharging my account up to four dollars for using a different cash machine they never used to do that so and instead of giving me a heads up and let me know they stole the money you know how many times it happened to... read more
While I have nothing but great things to say about the employees who work for Umpqua, especially at my main branch, their bank app is the worst I've encountered! I can't count how many times I've logged on to check my balance, only to be told they're having technical difficulties. It's critical for customers to be able to access their account, and this is an issue that really needs fixing.
