This is a Regional Bank headquartered in Oregon. For personal accounts it is OK. Customer service is good. If you bank there regularly, they will recognize you. I bank there because it is close and Safeway is in the same strip mall.
I opened up a payroll check account on Monday the next Monday I immediately closed this account... this bank was ripping off my employees.. this bank was charging my employees from $6 to $50 to cash a payroll check here... and then the bank Personnel try to inform me that all banks are doing this now which is a total lie...! I went back to Citibank where they do not charge employees of a company outrageous fees to cash their payroll checks here..
