I have been trying for 2 months to do what I thought was a simple task and it is still not done correctly. Just trying to get my name changed on my debit card. Last person to help me said they weren't sure how to fix it but would "try their best." And now the card I have won't work at all. Why is this so difficult? I'm going to get away from using this bank.
