Not friendly. Charge to cash a check drawn on their bank. Shorted me $100, good thing I caught it before walking out the door.

Umpqua has also provided the poorest experience and service to me, compared to the other Bank organizations where I do most of my banking. I cannot wait to close all accounts here, but even they make that a challenge.
Horrible customer service from the branch manager or supervisor. I have a startup company and got an IDA grant for my company, which is at Umpqua Bank. I am always treated with the uttermost respect at the branch downtown, which knows my situation with my grant account and work with me. However, every time I come to this location the manager or supervisor acts like he doesn't want my business and has an attitude. I will not go to this location anymore due to the vibe from the employee.
