This review goes towards Columbia bank as a total not just this specific local branch. I had a very simple issue with my bank which was a Frozen account from a hold on a few transactions that were authorized by me (They put a hold for no reason, there was no fraud). This hold has cause me to not allow me to pay off my credit card, or use my bank in general.
