Just cashed a deposit from Moving Out of my place. The woman working the drive through had a very inviting smile, 5 stars for great customer service.
Been calling for the last two hours. No reason that in a two hour time frame no one can be bothered to do their job and take a phone call.
Been trying to contact the bank in different ways, phone call, texts, and messaging. Nobody answers, or cares. Waited on the phone again today, after a couple hours of waiting, my phone heated up and I had to hang up before anyone answered. They must be severely understaffed. I feel for the workers…
