After repeat disappointments from long wait times in understaffed lobbies, to failures in delivering critical correspondence, to non functional call-holding services that refuse to operate as presented, I am finally pleased to say I will be closing all my active accounts with Columbia Banking at first possible moment :,) edit: after 25 minutes of dropped holds today, i finally managed to get ahold of a customer support representative, and the call dropped after 1 minute
This review goes towards Columbia bank as a total not just this specific local branch. I had a very simple issue with my bank which was a Frozen account from a hold on a few transactions that were authorized by me (They put a hold for no reason, there was no fraud). This hold has cause me to not allow me to pay off my credit card, or use my bank in general. I've contacted the corporation customer support and the local branch multiple times now and every time they are clueless and don't understand the issue they started. They... read more
