Been calling for the last two hours. No reason that in a two hour time frame no one can be bothered to do their job and take a phone call.
Been trying to contact the bank in different ways, phone call, texts, and messaging. Nobody answers, or cares. Waited on the phone again today, after a couple hours of waiting, my phone heated up and I had to hang up before anyone answered. They must be severely understaffed. I feel for the workers…
Very short staffed at inside counter . Long wait. Once you get waited on, the tellers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, some of the services are not completed as promised
They're not open at all on Saturday. And they got rid of jville bank and ATM.
