I mistakenly thought that this location had a drive-through, but it doesn't. Everyone wss great though.

Had to come in on an errand for my mother- turns out I was a whole week early, my appointment was for the following Tuesday. I was offered water or tea several times in my short wait. Phi Long was able to see me pretty much right away and I got my errand done. I'm not used to banks that are so efficient. Thank you, Phi Long.
Went in with a sensative matter, left a message with a teller for GiGi to call me back to setup an appointment. Didn't hear back, called her direct number, again didn't hear back. After waiting almost two weeks I went into the Redmond location and was able to resolve my situation same day.
