The staff is very kind and friendly. But they have a habit of calling a meeting at 4:30 in the afternoon and leaving only one teller at the counter to deal with all of the people coming in at the end of a business day to make their deposits. I just stood there for 25 minutes waiting for the single teller to get done with her one customer, with a line of customers behind me, as well. I had already been standing there for 5 minutes when three of them walked into the office putting a sign on the door saying meeting in progress.
Terrible experience at this branch! The teller had to call for help on a simple transaction! I stood there for 30 minutes on what should have taken 5. Needless to say, I couldn’t even get my request completed. I had to drive 15 minutes farther to a different branch. Do better Umpqua Bank! Very inconvenient and frustrating!
20+ minute wait inside or in the drive thru. 3 cashiers is not enough for this location. At least have 1 person dedicated to run the drive thru and not put them on hold for 10 minutes while she cashiers inside.
Recent security breach. Data transfer .can't compete with chase.
