Ever since they switched/merged/I don't know from Umpqua Bank to Columbia, I've had issues with my Zelle not working properly... sometimes my payment will show its posted then disappear for a whole day. I freak out, go into the Zelle tab from the mobile app and see its pending? What on earth? My transaction history never seems to to be syncing correctly. I’ve banked with Columbia Bank for years and have never had a bad experience until dealing with this branch. After my car was broken into and my cards and ID were stolen, I came in with my passport to get new cards. Daniel told me the new cards were active. They weren’t. I came back the same day and was told they should work now. They still didn’t. Friendly and patient service
I'm a current patron & wanted to talk with the manager. As all tellers were occupied I approached a desk where an employee was seated & asked to speak to the manager. I was told I was speaking to the assistant manager & that she was busy (not on phone, no one with her). She gave me a phone # and told me 'they' could help me! Very dismissive & certainly not professional.
