It is very strange that Umpqua Bank closed this branch and now is located at 7th and Olive in the old Pacific Continental site. I have tried to add that location and Google maps will not let me. I have had terrible experiences with Umpqua over the last few months. I closed my Lawyer Trust Account and opened a new one after someone paid bills with money out of my account. We were Columbia Bank customers when the two banks merged. I'm happy to report the service is as great as I'd come to expect with Columbia Bank.
Kalila was beyond rude when I visited and acted like I was asking the world of her to help me with something. I do not recommend having her interact with customers in the future.
