Talk about lack of knowledge and professionalism. I have almost 30yrs of banking, and they get it wrong. Austin lacks professionalism (saying "sweet" 8 times during a phone call is not good) and knowledge. Be weary.
Always answer their phones and very helpful.
I have been banking with UMPQUA since it was Sterling Bank. I have had nothing but a very positive experience and an exceptional relationship with this bank. I feel like I am always treated like royalty at this bank and they have constantly gone out of their way for me to make sure they have what I need.
