What absolute HORRIBLE customer service!!! After cashing checks in the drive through for more than 2 years, I'm told I have to park and walk in the bank to cash it now (while already waiting in the drive through for almost 10 minutes) because I'm a non customer and that's their policy. The woman behind the counter had no excuse except they must have trained someone badly....for 2 years?? Definitely not worth becoming a customer, and definitely don't recommend their services
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Their processes are slow and complicated. We set up a bank account for a non-profit and they charge a $30 monthly fee... For a non-profit! Garbage bank!

Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.
Not super happy with the Umpqua Bank buyout of Columbia Bank. No one I recognize is at the new bank after my many years with the former bank. Even through its changes, the personnel stayed the same. Oh well. I'm pretty sure Umpqua Bank will do fine going forward, right?
