If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible service since 2020. My mom and dad have been banking with Colombia since it was Whitman Bank many years ago. A few years ago I got a clover cc machine for my business and long story short my account number was given to SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and didnt tell me until I was on vacation and stranded because they froze my account. What absolute HORRIBLE customer service!!! After cashing checks in the drive through for more than 2 years, I'm told I have to park and walk in the bank to cash it now (while already waiting in the drive through for almost 10 minutes) because I'm a non customer and that's their policy. The woman behind the counter had no excuse except they must have trained someone badly....for 2 years?? Definitely not worth becoming a customer, and definitely don't recommend their services
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Their processes are slow and complicated. We set up a bank account for a non-profit and they charge a $30 monthly fee... For a non-profit! Garbage bank!
