Carmen is great!
I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, and this bank is an absolute nightmare. Twice recently, employees promised a replacement debit card, only for me to find out it was never actually ordered — and the same thing happened three years ago. I live 2.5 hours away, wasted countless hours and money driving to the bank, and they refused to overnight the card, leaving me completely stranded. The staff always goes above and beyond. I would like to thank Carmen for always taking care of my unreasonable amount of change I bring in every couple months. I will always be sure to ask for her in the future.
