I've been with Umpqua (now Colombia) Bank for 18 years and they ALWAYS treat me well. Especially true of the Lebanon branch which I use the most. No matter what your business is, you cannot please everybody. There's always a customer having a bad day or some demanding sour puss that enjoys being grumpy just to see how the counter person will react. My hat is off to Jolene, Krysta and Janelle and the great job they always do. ;-)
Terrible company and the customer service reps are rude as hell.
