I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, and this bank is an absolute nightmare. Twice recently, employees promised a replacement debit card, only for me to find out it was never actually ordered — and the same thing happened three years ago. I live 2.5 hours away, wasted countless hours and money driving to the bank, and they refused to overnight the card, leaving me completely stranded.
