Staff here is great. I have nothing against the actual workers but this bank is a joke. Understaffed for years there's literally been a sign in the Drive-Thru window for years that says sorry about the wait we appreciate your patience. Instead of the management actually hiring adequate staff they just give subpar service. Takes me 20 minutes to go there and make a deposit through the drive-thru complete and utter joke. It's bad enough the bank has been sued in a class action for ripping off customers and rearranging deposits... read more
I wish I could give less than one star. They drained my joint account without my knowledge or any kind of notice to cover my partners overdraft fees... we joined with "Umpqua" 8+ years ago and ever since it turned into "Colombia" we have been treated like dirt, given nonsense fees and then fined for being broke because we cant afford such fees... a backwards system if you ask me. 100% do not bank with them.

I banked with Umpqua for 5 years and never a problem. They reimbursed ATM fees charged by other banks. Then, Columbia Bank took over, and no more reimbursements. In fact, they charge me $2.50 each time I use a non-Columbia Bank ATM. Now it costs as much as $6.25 for a single transaction. So Umpqua Bank customers became accustomed to the convenience of ATMs, and Columbia Bank cashes in on it at our expense. Obviously they don't care about their customers.
