I love this bank and the people that work there!
Bank Manager at the Columbia Bank in Jefferson Oregon has an extremely aggressive personality toward anyone coming into the bank that does not have an account with them. I tried to get change for my garage sale from a bank teller, and she said she couldn't do it because it was Federal Law that stated if you do not have an account with the bank that you are trying to make change at, they are not required to do so. They won't allow you to buy change if you don't have an account. This was my first visit to this bank and I had considered opening an account for the convenient location. Not now. Awful service for a small, local bank.
