The Umpqua Bank branch that we use is in Spokane, Wa., not where we spend most of our time these days. As it would be we recently need the use of our bank for a business transaction that needed to be done in person and was time sensitive. Not wanting to drive the three hours back to Spokane, we looked for options. With the help of Eric K. at our Spokane Branch. He arranged a meeting with the Branch MGR at the Waterville, Wa. Don't listen to that asshat vincent.. Umpqua bank is a great place to go for all your banking needs. That dipshit just left his ID on the wrong day and is upset about it, not the banks fault in my opinion.

We have been banking here since we moved to Waterville in 2007. The tellers and managers always offer good business. They are professional, personal, helpful and sincere. We recommend the bank and those who are working there.
