I was supposed to take ah survey after my call but it just hung up on me however I wanted to give a huge thanks to Ana and Rum for all of their assistance today they were extremely kind, friendly, and helped resolve part of the issue that I had. My joint account was compromised so they disabled my main checking. It took over 2 weeks to resolve my issues. They locked my account without access for 2 weeks. Never banking with Umpqua again.
I never feel welcomed whenever I came into this branch and was always positive and non-combative. Won't be returning to this location if I don't have to.
