Mario at Columbia Bank provided amazing customer service! He was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. We truly appreciated his patience and willingness to help. I was supposed to take ah survey after my call but it just hung up on me however I wanted to give a huge thanks to Ana and Rum for all of their assistance today they were extremely kind, friendly, and helped resolve part of the issue that I had. My joint account was compromised so they disabled my main checking. It took over 2 weeks to resolve my issues. They locked my account without access for 2 weeks. Never banking with Umpqua again.

I never feel welcomed whenever I came into this branch and was always positive and non-combative. Won't be returning to this location if I don't have to.
