Very disrespectful. If you work with people, you should be more understanding when they're having a hard time. It is your job after all. Your job is to hold your composure & be respectful to the person you're talking to.

Very slow service!
Called to dispute a change. Talked with Pamela, who said she’d give me a number than put me on hold. That’s it. No other info. I waited on the phone for 30 min listening to the same music. I hung up. I called back 3 more times. Trying to get this resolved before the bank closes.. APPARENTLY, she transferred me and I was supposed to get another phone tree answering machine to disputes.
