Very slow service!
Called to dispute a change. Talked with Pamela, who said she’d give me a number than put me on hold. That’s it. No other info. I waited on the phone for 30 min listening to the same music. I hung up. I called back 3 more times. Trying to get this resolved before the bank closes.. APPARENTLY, she transferred me and I was supposed to get another phone tree answering machine to disputes. Very easy to do business with. Answered my questions and offered advice when needed. Nice people
Best bank ever! They give money access to checks from outside institutions instantly (for a small business that can make or break you). Tellers are dedicated to knowing your name... if you have problems I would suggest self evaluation.
Things were great at first and was also told that I wouldn't have to deal with money being taken out of my account unless it was there. Learned that the hard way and they charged me 40 bucks to cancel something on auto pay.
