Good bank, fast, secure, and professional
Worst banking experience ever after over 6 yrs of mostly positive experiences, last week when I inquired about a possible fraud transaction on my account not only did they not respond to the chat request, when I went to my local branch to figure out what was going on (since I couldnt log into my online banking or deposit my check or anything!) not only would they not assist me, they refused to even CASH my check for me so I could pay rent while trying to figure out this nonsense! Alexis is amazing at what she does. She explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Was super easy to open an account. Best bank I've ever used and best teller by far...i highly recommend their service
Highly recommend Umpqua bank and the local gals. I had issues with a business account and Karen and Leslie went above and beyond. I have been banking with Umpqua for over 10 years and just moved to PA a year ago. They treat me as if they have known me for years. Highly recommend for business and personal accounts
