Easy to use, friendly staff, great environment and services. The no Saturday services are a bit of a bummer. I recommend this bank fo general banking needs.

Good bank, fast, secure, and professional
Worst banking experience ever after over 6 yrs of mostly positive experiences, last week when I inquired about a possible fraud transaction on my account not only did they not respond to the chat request, when I went to my local branch to figure out what was going on (since I couldnt log into my online banking or deposit my check or anything!) not only would they not assist me, they refused to even CASH my check for me so I could pay rent while trying to figure out this nonsense!
