After being an Ellensburg Umpqua Bank customer for years and having no issues, we have had multiple poor experiences since the Columbia merger.
I had used this Bank when I first moved here, and I must mention Brad is very awesome. He always remembered my name, and was very helpful. I had to close because my Mom wanted to open an account with the Credit Union, with me on her account, couldn't see two banks at that point. I am seriously thinking of opening another account there, just so I can visit with all the nice staff, and say hi to Brad occasionally.
Best bank in Ellensburg. They are friendly and act like a small town bank with a big bank name behind them.
