I had to cash a check today, wasn't excited about going to umqua bank due to a poor experience at a different branch. However, the team at north gate was amazing, completely changed my opinion. Azadeh, Danielle and the assistant branch manager have amazing customer service. Even though I was not an account holder they were welcoming and more than willing to help. There were issues with the check I was trying to cash, so multiple phone calls had to be made. They all teamed up to help me get the matter resolved, and in the end... read more

Retro building. Huge smell of damp inside (to the extent that it's probably a health concern for the staff). Imagine smelling a box of second hand vinyl that had been stored in a garden shed for 30 years. Staff were helpful.

Teller Mitchell do not recommend. I prefer Danielle or Albert. More friendly and relateable and don’t have a off putting demeanor

I have been banking with Umpqua bank for more than 15 years and always satisfied with their customer services. The bankers are friendly and listen to the concerns that can be nuisance. Especially, the branch manager, Abner, was very helpful and listened to my concerns with a professional manner! I highly recommend them!
