Always a positive experience with friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff.
I never used to have problems when I needed to call the bank. Now every time is a struggle and I dread even needing to. I've been trying for two days to call our branch. They called back yesterday but it was after 5p.m. I had trouble answering in time so I called right back and of course got the we are closed message.
