Talked to a supervisor who was supposed to reach back out to help me after the other branches ran me around in circles just for them to do the same thing. I got the corporate number I needed and will just be grouping this location in with the complaint about the local branches playing games
Not even an umpqua bank anymore waste of my time google
The ladies working the window are so unwelcoming and rude. Every single time I’ve gone they don’t greet you and just open the box and are very rude. You’re lucky if you get a “have a good day” usually they just shut the box and walk away. I absolutely hate having to go here.
