According to my attorneys legal assistant Laura Burris of Timothy Shonk law firm LInton IN, she sends out a letter saying that she will accept any information ahead of mediation to review free of charge in preparation for mediation, but according to Laura she refuses to accept any information prior to mediation, seems kind of dishonest to me.
