Umphred just reupholstered our old but very sturdy sofa. What a success! January was endlessly patient and attentive as we changed our minds and cycled through different color families. We think the result is beautiful, and the job was completed in less time than expected. We will enthusiastically recommend Umphred to anyone looking for upholstery services.
Let me just say that I'm tempted to buy more furniture just so Umphred can work on it. Umphred recently reupholstered my dream couch and ottoman--and they made them even better than new! Their work is exceptional; how they deal with customers even more so. The upholsterer didn't like the way the cushions initially turned out--and invited me to check them out and discuss what I liked.
