Another lender had told me they couldn't get me financed until December, left me discouraged. We found the perfect property, but were afraid we would miss out on it having to wait so long. My agent recommended I talk to Sam, he was usually able to get financing when others couldn't. Well sure enough Sam came through for us and we are closing today on our dream home.
