My husband and I had an amazing experience with TrueWay Mortgage as they assisted us in purchasing our first home! Sam and his team were easy to work with and very diligent with us throughout the process. Sam made sure to walk us through all the numbers for the homes we were interested in and answer any questions we had. With this being our first time buying a home, we truly appreciate the hands on support he brought. We are very grateful that we stumbled across this company. 10/10 would recommend!
It got done but it wasn't easy. My calls and questions were not really ever answered and the loan processor was a bit of an airhead. Constantly requested things over and over. Sam is very busy with other tasks to deal with you much after he app. process.
Another lender had told me they couldn't get me financed until December, left me discouraged. We found the perfect property, but were afraid we would miss out on it having to wait so long. My agent recommended I talk to Sam, he was usually able to get financing when others couldn't. Well sure enough Sam came through for us and we are closing today on our dream home. Thanks again Sam and the folks at True Way !

Sam is an excellent communicator! He does a fantastic job letting you know where you are in the process and what is needed. He also goes above and beyond to help his clients whether it’s explaining a loan in detail or sitting with them at the bank all day to help track down wired funds.
