We worked with Sam from out of state to buy our home using a VA loan; not only was Sam super easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, he even realized that our VA entitlement from a previous mortgage had not been restored despite our having sold the house, and he handled getting that sorted out for us with zero issues. Sam was always just a text or email away and was unfailingly patient with our questions; this is our fourth home purchase in the last 10 years and I would rate Sam the best mortgage experience by far!
