I express deep dissatisfaction with my treatment at UMOM New Day Center. Harassment retaliation, unsafe environment, and denial of compensation were part of my experience. Despite pleas to return to the main building, my safety concerns were ignored. Escalating to the CEO resulted in just a week of telework. Upon returning on Jan 20, 2024, I was placed in a computer room. Two weeks later, I was unjustly terminated for alleged work performance issues, with no accrued PTO provided.
