I absolutely love this spa! The care given is excellent and the ambient is very calming. It's an amazing place to pamper yourself and to relax a bit. I'm definitely going to visit again and recommend this as a gift to yourself or to a loved one!
While I’ve typically had very good experiences historically, the scheduling issues have become more frequent over the last year. This time around, I scheduled an appointment for a massage to celebrate my birthday. I took a PTO day and arranged my schedule around the massage appointment. I asked for a massage for Mother’s Day, and a coworker recommended the “Crowning Glory” treatment as well. I did both today with Bonnie, 10000/10!! I had a sunburn too and it didn’t even hurt. She got in the right spots, and it hurt in the best way my back feels so much better. The crowning glory hair treatment was so nice and relaxing. I’ve been to ummelina a few times and today was by far my best experience. Amanda was my massage therapist and she was so amazing. I’ve had massages all over town and in Seattle and she gave the best massage I’ve had. And Kadence at the front took me back for my foot rub and she was so sweet and gave wonderful customer service. I felt compelled to leave a review because of how wonderful the team was today all the way to end of Lexi checking me out for my items. Thanks so much for the great service.
