I am a graduate student and each time I have been to this bookstore I have felt unwelcome by the people that work here. I am coming back to school after 10 years of being out and I have found them to be rude, snarky, and roll their eyes at me if I ask a question. I have also felt rushed and like they don’t want to help me. Very disappointing for a college/learning environment.
