Uri was a great person to work with on one of life's great stressors - moving. i was leaving a house in Jersey for a coop in Brooklyn, and needed storage for an indefinite amount of time. From Uri's visit to give me an estimate to the day months later when all my things arrived the service was flexible, reassuring, and consistent. i would recommend UMEX to anyone and i certainly see why a friend recommended them to me.
I used UMEX yesterday to help me move into my new apartment. From my first interaction with Uri to my experience with the movers eveyone was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, punctual and efficient are some of the words I would use to describe the team at UMEX. If I had the option I would give them a 6-star rating!
UMEX is the BEST moving company we’ve ever worked with (and we’ve moved around a lot)! Uri communicated the moving and packing process clearly, gave a detailed, accurate estimate, and then when moving day finally arrived, Lupe & the entire crew took care of everything (including all my plants). UMEX Moving is terrific! This is our second time using UMEX (in Morris County, NJ) and we couldn’t be happier! Uri is extremely responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. This time, we contacted Uri on short notice, yet he fit us in for our move day. The crew he sent was professional, courteous and accommodating. Most importantly, they handled our items with care. Fairly priced and A+ in customer service. The next time anyone in our family has to move we will certainly be calling UMEX again!
Excellent service. I used UMEX Moving & Storage last year to move my furniture to new location. They took extreme care with handling the furniture by wrapping all the items and moving them all without a scratch. I will be moving again soon and will definitely use their services again. Uri was very helpful every time I called to either schedule an appointment with them or answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.
