This place makes no sense to me and the people that work here seem incompetent. I just called up to ask some general questions about the new Bullion card that I received and some of it's features. How this bank is able to stay in business is a mystery to me. I very kindly requested that their statements would show that I am on autopay and got no reply. I emailed the President of the bank, and got a response from a VP in which he basically agreed with me. This is now five months ago and still no change. Meanwhile, they send me a first class letter every month in which they tell me I owe them 1 cent. How does that make any sense?

Worst customer service call I’ve ever experienced. Have never been treated so poorly and talked to in the manner I was spoken to today. Absolutely disgusting and frustrating. If zero stars were an option I would’ve went lower.
