Customer service is not good
Scam of a company. Do not recommend!!
One of the worst banks I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I have requested a new debit card several times and, despite the fact they said the overnighted it, I never got it. It took TWO MONTHS to get my new card. This was 6 years ago. Now I'm going through the same exact thing and I am beyond annoyed. They ask me to confirm my address; I've confirmed it enough times I refuse to answer that question. Your service sucks and you are a temple to madness.
