I've always liked this bank and the people that work there however their customer assistance online is not as great.
I tell people all the time about the time someone from UMB called me during the COVID lockdown to check in and see how I was doing and if there was any way they could better support me as a customer during that time. I've never had that kind of care and attention paid to me by a bank before.
Great bank to do business with with great and pleasant employees always eager to help with any issue.
