It’s 2026… the world is filled with modern technology and almost everything is instant, except getting a debit card with UMB Bank Lost my wallet recently, and had to call and cancel all my cards and replace them, which means no access to my money when I need it. You would think that UMB would give you a debit card (or a temporary card) like most banks - NOPE!! now I have to wait to receive my card in the mail about 2 weeks from now. Love this place. They are very helpful.
3 tellers. No one in line but me and I still have to wait 10 minutes to make a deposit.
With very short words since I moved to Umb Bank , they’re always there for us. They always make us feel safe and even when we have little bitty issues and I am with my family traveling they’re always there for me giving me a piece of mine to enjoy my life and for them, thank you to everyone of your members.
