The bills come out of the ATM in all directions. Very frustrating
There is something to say about UMB home town banks to make things even better no matter what town you go to. I’ve been banking with UMB before I was old enough to drive and I’m 55 now. I have received the same customer service everywhere I go. There has been one isolated incident. But once the branch manager caught wind of the circumstances they quickly made apologies for their employee’s disposition and helped anyway they could.
