There is something to say about UMB home town banks to make things even better no matter what town you go to. I’ve been banking with UMB before I was old enough to drive and I’m 55 now. I have received the same customer service everywhere I go. There has been one isolated incident. But once the branch manager caught wind of the circumstances they quickly made apologies for their employee’s disposition and helped anyway they could. The Warsaw branch and employees are the only good thing you have going for you UMB! I have had the absolute worst banking experience I have ever had .. EVER! As soon as I have time to change my direct deposits my wife and I are gone!
