Seriously why do banks decide they don't need a bathroom for their customers is being stupid. You offer free water and coffee but no bathroom. Dumb
I’ve been banking here since I was a teenager. The staff had been nothing but kind & helpful throughout the years. Specifically Mo, although last I heard, she moved to the downtown location. I will miss seeing her for sure! Update- I still miss Mo, but Libby is MY FAVORITE! Always so kind & talks to me every time she works. This place has an awesome staff!
Terrible knowledge of the banking business. Dont let them handle a Cashiers check , you may never find it
I’ve always had a good experience at this branch. Very kind, professional, and fast.
I made an appointment with a specific person and arrived 5 minutes late and was told they were already seeing someone else. 5 minutes late, no more. They asked me to wait 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, someone came out and asked if they could see me! I told them it wasn't the person I made the appointment with! They replied (or didn't come to work today! ... I don't know why they didn't let me know so they wouldn't waste my time. Another time, I went without an appointment and was told they would want to see me in 10 minutes.... read more
