We brought a check from STLCC student loan with a 10years green card plus the student ID card to cash this check, but the old lady told us to bring the visa or passport. What is going on in this country?

STAY AWAY !!! Don’t ever use this bank EVER!!!!!! They charge you $10 to cash a check from THEIR bank if you’re not a customer. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder no one was at the bank when I cashed it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!
