I’ve been banking with Arnold UMB bank great service great customer service. I have no problems with them always been friendly and great to work with.
UMB associates are always friendly and complete my banking needs in a fast and reliable manner! Completed a money wire transfer( Something I have never done before) with the help of the UMB associate and all went along smoothly!!
1/31/2025 I had a very bad experience there today. Not happy!
Friendly staff that were knowledgable and efficient! Other large banks (BOA) do not provide personnel bankers and tellers. They push customers to on line services and overbooked scheduling services. I hope UMB remains customer focused instead of only being profit driven.
