Bad experience, had to wait over 10 minutes when it was not busy in the drive-through, then finally got my receipt. Forgot to give me my balance when I requested it. Another clerk came out disrespectfully not the experience I expected, when asked for a A manager there wasn’t one on premise
Customer service aboutly stunk horribly with attitude by the teller ( melissa) . Notified me of some customers have a check cashing fee. But didn't give me the option of agreeing to the fee or if I should take it elsewhere. As well as asked the same question 4 times " how would you like your money back?" I answered but she still went against what I requested so obviously wasn't listening or giving good customer service.
