Customer service aboutly stunk horribly with attitude by the teller ( melissa) . Notified me of some customers have a check cashing fee. But didn't give me the option of agreeing to the fee or if I should take it elsewhere. As well as asked the same question 4 times " how would you like your money back?" I answered but she still went against what I requested so obviously wasn't listening or giving good customer service. I’ve been banking with Arnold UMB bank great service great customer service. I have no problems with them always been friendly and great to work with.
UMB associates are always friendly and complete my banking needs in a fast and reliable manner! Completed a money wire transfer( Something I have never done before) with the help of the UMB associate and all went along smoothly!!
1/31/2025 I had a very bad experience there today. Not happy!
