I have bank with the Kirkwood branch of UMB for over 50 years, I am 81 now. They have always met my needs and I have never, NEVER had a negative experience.
It is evident to me that UMB are redirecting customers to online banking with the new Kirkwood branch not having drive thru services and the parking lot is quite a distance from the entrance. The new lobby is boring a plain, not inviting space
