I'm going to be as blunt as I can, UMB of Jefferson City Missouri, I have brought this to your attention on several occasions. There are NO noticeable People of Color working there at your financial institution. THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR THE COMMUNITY YOU SERVE. I see many people of color patronizing UMB, but I see a lack of representation. When I brought this to your attention, I was told that you cannot find anyone who's qualified to count money basically who are noticeable minorities. SHAMEFUL AND DECEPTIVE
I had superior help on my accounts changing my checking account number, and will receive a new debit card and new checks for the new account. Thank you all for your assistance.
