You really need to work on educating your staff! Took me 20 minutes to deposit 2 items because one of your staff either didn't listen or comprehend what I explained, which wasn't rocket science! Totally unacceptable!
be more informative when people set up an account. we werent made aware that we dont have access to our savings from our debit cards. we also didn't even get debit cards for a week so no access to our money unless we went to the bank. the girl that set up our account stated she would email instructions for online banking and never did. tried to enroll online and the site didnt work. had to call customer service multiple times just to get an account balance. very disappointed!

I took family photos for an employee of yours last month Lynn Becka. I handed her over the CD and transferred the files to her laptop from my jump drive as well. She wrote me out a check for $200 as we agreed upon. She asked then on Oct 27th that I hold off on cashing it until the 31st. In the mean while, she put a hold on it to stop the payment leaving me with charges against me from my bank. As an employee of a bank, she knew what she was doing to cheat me out of payment. This is the worst bank ever. They charge a high service fee and manage to not care about their customer at all. If anyone wants to pay high fees and get no service, here's your absolute choice.
I received a letter yesterday (which was a surprise since I have online banking & e-statements), which stated that my savings account was changing to dormant status because I hadn't done any transactions in 18 months. (Bad that I didn't transfer to it, but good that I didn't use it!)
